Perhaps it was the same one.
Can honestly say in my 6 years of playing this game, I have never been trouted like this.
She actually said I was a liar :A luckily I have a great sense of humour as she then run off to produce an sel that hadn't been there minutes beforehand
Perhaps I've been lucky but usually when I ask for dtd I get it. This time I never even asked for it, she was actually making sure I didn't get the joints I chose for half price.
Perhaps I'm naive and she knew there was a possibility of dtd, but I'm unknown in this store and dtd wasn't mentioned.
She was insisting the meat I had wasn't in the offer and I could only have them at the full price.
I had the same situation, only difference CS didn't even go to check Sel, just said take it at highest price or get a refund, your not getting any cheaper, didn't mention dtd at all. Usually that store gives DTD without even reminding so depends on CS.0 -

I haven't had an invite for over a year now. Just laughing and remembering that one of my first trials was for black bin bags. Our resident expert would have been a great candidate for that trial:rotfl::rotfl:Awaiting a new sig0 -
My 'Orlando makes me smile' brochure has just arrived.
Can't see it is personalised though.0 -

Hi everyone. Spring is nearly here! At least we all have plenty of cleaning products to give the house a good ol' scrub! If not, why not?
Having read about Tesco Troutings with Customer Services, I wanted to share my own story. I tried to buy a lap top a few weeks ago and the one I wanted was out of stock. The electrical department told me to go to CS desk and ask if other stores in the area had it instock.
Customer Services advised me to go home and phone up each individual store to check! I could NOT believe my ears. Here was I, wanting to purchase a high value item, and they were not interested. I paused for a moment, and then said, "when I go to Next and a cardigan isn't in stock - they check on their system immediately to let me know where there IS one in stock, without even prompting, I hasten to add!! - and you wont even check when asked? What sort of customer service are you offering exactly?" The CS trout, then reluctantly did a search and made a phone call, and then gave me the name of a store where they had it in stock.
On the other hand, when I tried to get DTD back in January on six (i've got a big family), electric toothbrushes which had gone up in price from £15.00 to £35.00! - a sudden gang of them emerged, as if ready for war. It took me an hour, and a lot of discussion to and fro, a lot of resolve, and I firmly stuck to their mantra about when things don't add up... I eventually won, and had a great January using the gift cards as you can imagine. But they don't make it easy for you.
I am glad they are getting a lot of stick for their horse meat scandal. They deserve it.
If I was rich, I wouldn't use any supermarkets! I'd shop in individual speciality shops, and family run butchers, and green grocers and dellicatessens... etc. etc. what a dream?0 -
I'm playing bgo too, not won yet though.0

Hi All
Has anyone else had problems with the Parioli coupon from the Realfood mag, would not scan against the chopped tomatoes?? Had to go to CS, thought I was going to have trouble, but was refunded the coupon value!
Thanks0
