The cheese did not work for me either just had my home delivery and I returned it. Even the driver said I thought you pressed too many buttons!! Oh well nothing lost.

I have never had a tesco home delivery. Re the cheese I have ordered 6 cheese plus other items plus delivery charge = £2.80 to pay When you said the cheese did not work did you mean it did not arrive or did it arrive and you had to pay full price. If you returned just the cheese would you then have to pay for the other items i.e tescos would automaticaly take the money out of you credit or bank card. hope you can help on this issue

Just completed level 230:o a badge of shame rather than honour.

I now need to wait until 3 facebook friends send me tickets - I refuse to pay a penny for this game.

One tip: some levels are easier on the PC through facebook, than on the ipad or tablet. I think it was 228 that was impossible, then tried on the PC and got more columns of sweets so more chances of getting a dotted (5) one.

The good thing about playing on the ipad and computer means you get double lives - I found that the timed levels are much easier on ipad but alas the ipad only goes up to level 245

Found some of the beef yesterday with £10kg marked instead of £5 thought happy days, free beef and bought 2.

Got the trouting of my life lol at cs and dtd was never even mentioned.

Was told it was only silverside, though my beef was clearly marked as such.
Was told I must have taken it from a different section and was called a liar from the cs woman when I said no I took it from the same display as those marked half price.
She then went to have another look and magically appears with an sel saying £10kg and told me she removed it from the same display (lies)
Said the meat was from another supplier despite the identical packaging.

All this and dtd was never mentioned.

I phoned HO to complain about the attitude and they sided with the store.

I really cannot understand what gets into cs staff, between the lies, arguing and downright cheek, I left in shock.

And throughout it all, she thought all I wanted was to pay half price for the joints I had selected. She tried to get me to do a direct swop for topside, when I pointed out, I had bought silverside, she said they were the same thing.

For the NI team this was B/gomartin.

Almost a carbon copy of what happened to me. Luckily the mindless small talk I had engaged the CS lady with seemed to have worked and she was peed off with duty manager so I got my lamb in the end.

It's almost like a script they have or recipe - Lamb Surprise in my case.

Well ShopScan replied to my email saying one of the redemptions I made was not the first in that store oh well.

I tried again today at 'K Premier express' Yarm Rd Darlo, but the blokes in there didn't have a clue, insisted they were not participating and generally fobben me off, I said fine, and fired an email off to ShopScan.
These people didn't look British so I'm not sure they understood properly.
If anyone local to me wants to try there then good luck.

I then went to another shop on the same road and redeemed the Kitkat fine, the lady even said she had the app but hadn't used it yet

I now have the Fairy etc offer to use :)

I've now got a fairy etc offer and a kit kat waiting to be redeemed. I still have continued problems with the app knowing where I am and so have problems knowing which stores are in and which have been done when I'm away from my home location
    Awaiting a new sig

I was going to get lamb in my local yesterday but decided to get a couple later on with the wife. Went back down and they had removed all the half price lamb and the sel's and left a solitary full priced half leg on the shelf

I've got those two to redeem too.

I can't say I've had any problems with the app so far, but only redeemed 4 things. I have noticed that it seems to only show stores within your vicinity, and stores across town don't show until you travel to that area.

I've had an email back from SSS saying they've tried to contact the problem store, but there's no answer.. they advised me to 'try co-ops as they're more aware of these offers'.
