Mine got confirmed at £20, think it was meant to be £30 but had to verify my account and I think they are taking it from that day.... But anyhow:j I withdrew £45 too so:j and SD just made me happy

Thanks guys:beer: I guess I should have challenged it but after waiting so long I chickened it. I did feel though as thou she was putting the onus on me to check the barcode and thus it was my fault I picked up the wrong one which I know I didn't as here were loads in the same place next tot he label. I will email CS and see where I get and then maybe try one of the other stores and be braver to challenge in future.

Never done the dtd before so bottled it but I do love lamb so may try again

Good girl for not giving up- that was your trial run:D Next time just be as cold as ice and go there with the intention of a DTD because you were overcharged. It is your right. Leave with nothing less.
