I did feel though as thou she was putting the onus on me to check the barcode and thus it was my fault I picked up the wrong one which I know I didn't as here were loads in the same place next tot he label. I will email CS and see where I get and then maybe try one of the other stores and be braver to challenge in future.
Never done the dtd before so bottled it but I do love lamb so may try againwomble 2013 £2.87 :beer:

Good girl for not giving up- that was your trial run:D Next time just be as cold as ice and go there with the intention of a DTD because you were overcharged. It is your right. Leave with nothing less.never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -
