2nd letter to Next Debt collection

Hi all , My partner owes money to Next and cant afford the payments . I sent letters to all her debtors explaining our situation and offering a montly payment of 10 pounds. Most have been happy with this but Next has refused saying 22 a month for 6 months is the minimum they can accept. What should my next letter say ? ?…

As Rizla King says, written complaint. If you refer to FOS it will cost them £500 or so each, so might focus their mind a bit. Make sure they know you will have no issues referring to FOS if necessary.
