The only thing they can require you to do outside an App is to like the page if they want to restrict access to the App to likers only (the App can force you to allow the company to post on your behalf etc). They can ask you to L&S but it should not be a condition of entry.0 -

I suppose as entering them does not break any rules there is no reason not to (it's up to FB to enforce their own rules as they relate to the company running the comp). Also there are so many L&S comps they would be missing out on if they were not posted and it is up to the individual if they want to take the risk.0 -
