2 options

1) E65 with only 200 mins but £160 for 12 months
2) U600 with 500 mins at £0.00 for 12 months but only after risky cashback

which one shall I choose ?

If the 200mins wont be enough for you and theirs a strong chance you'll go over then I would go for option 2.

Also look around for the cash back deals, alot of companies offer the same deals and sometimes it might be worth doing the deal with reputable retailers, if it costs you 1 less month free then it still might be worth it considering the risk you avoid! Don't forget cashback sites like Quidco to sweeten the deal a little more!
