Rents have increased significantly int the last 6 years , yours didn't and in addition you have now had your rent reduced by 25% because your LL is your mum. You and she have contrived to arrive at a rent which is significantly less than the going rate because you're in financial difficulty and she's your mum.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

I will disagree. Contrived Tenancy would suggest that we artificially engineered me being the tenant to specifically gain housing benefit. This has clearly not been the case.
Nowt to do with the rental figure, if there is a reason why its cheaper... ie needs updating, tenant maintains the property etc etc

The reason's you quote for cheap rent were given to you in this topic before you stated them.

Would "appear" to be none commercial as opposed to contrived.

Another problem is would she evict you if you couldn't pay and I suspect the answer is no which means that it wouldn't be looked at as a regular rental.
Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -
