Annoying letter from Aqua

I wonder if they ask for ID at random to fufill auditing or something.0

Today I received another letter from Aqua. It was the same credit agreement forms I had previously signed and sent back with my photo ID and proof of address.
The covering letter states "We recently sent you an agreement form etc etc. If you have already returned it with your proof of ID, thank you, your card is on the way to you".
Which contradicts what they said in the letter in my original post.
Not very impressed with their confusing communication.0 -
It's a very long drawn out process. It's been two weeks & i've only just got the pin. I'm trying so hard not to buy anything.0
