O2 3G issue with iPhone 5

Ive Had an iPhone 5 on O2 since the end of December and the signal was fine on it but for the past 4- 6 Weeks I've not been able to get a 3G signal where I work.. I could get it before with 2-3 bars but it was ok, past few weeks I've not been able to get it for love nor money and I just get the little circle with 4-5 bars but, it's that slow I end up getting bored of waiting for things to load and end up giving up.
I have a work colleague with an iPhone 4 on O2 and he gets 3G even though I can't!!
I've taken my phone to my nearest apple store and they say it's fine, ive been intouch with O2 and had all my settings reset and a new sim card with no success. I'm not sure where to go next or what to do next??
Where I live (about 50Miles from where I work) I get a 3G signal all the time
Any ideas anyone

Only idea I can think of is that the issue may be a part of an software upgrade. I had problems with my iPhones connection to WiFi when I upgraded and it turned out to be a common problem for people who upgraded the software. I'll do a little google to see if anyone else had this problem
If so, try getting the latest version of the iPhone software from iTunes or direct download from the phone. Only idea I have, hope it helps!0 -
Well the phone is fully up to date on the latest software... I can't remember if it went like it after I updated it or not but I might restore the phone and start again, see if the improves it!
