Hi! The compensation requests seem to be cooking along and many people seem to have realised that court action is the way to go unfortunately.
How far progressed are people in their litigation? Has anyone here now got a hearing date? Have you been successful or lost? Which airline is involved?

Yes I have a hearing date of 30/4/2013 against Iberia. issued claim on 1/11/2012?, incident 12/2010. Denied liability, but AESA agrees I should be compensated.0
