Sazzy,Pretty sure the feeding baby appeal has been used before elsewhere - and Parking Eye have withdrawn the parking charge. So appeal on those grounds quoting the Equality Act 2010.

Yep, covered by the Equality Act 2010 if breastfeeding - like here:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=74849

Do not complain about the time taken to change the baby or manoeuvre the pram. Only about feeding the baby which makes this a breach of the law.

Copy the PPC into the complaint too.

  • hi ..i apologise in advance if this has been done to death..but i too have had an "invoice" from Parking Eye..i was wondering if the..do not reply or pay...comment applies to me...
i was photographed going into and coming away from a car park in hamsphire the other sunday afternoon...abt 5.40pm till abt 6.10pm..i was only in there wasting time......i admit that i did not purchase a valid parking ticket for the time i was in there and there are ticket machines and abt a million notices saying to purchase a ticket with a list of times and costs..i stupidly thought being after 5pm..i didnt have to get a ticket...i should have checked i know but it was rainy, windy and nasty weather..not a valid excuse i realise!!

i did contact them at first as i thought £60 straight off was high and couldnt pay it all at once..they said i could pay in 3 instalments..i havent paid anything yet but have had a second letter saying..pay by such and such date otherwise theyl charge me £100..etc etc...

    any info greatly received!!!!!

I have seen most posts saying to ignore but more people are saying they have received court papers because they have ignored them and I don't want it to go that far
I haven't seen any post on this forum where someone claims to have "received court papers". Do you have a link?

We have a huge Influx of trolls from parking companies, making false identities and claiming to have received court papers after following advice here.
None have been able to provide substantial proof that the case is real or not a stooge case that parking companies set up.
Of the very small number of cases they have brought, those they did win were default judgements with the odd exception of a 137 year old judge who thought he was getting his pudding and blanket, not judging a case.
Every case appealed has been won by the victim.

They are many defences and also many strong legal points as regards to admissibility of evidence and right of audience to claim damages on behalf of a client.
The later points must be raised by the defendant when the question "are we all happy to proceed" is asked, this is where you make your submission as regards to evidence and rights of audience to represent.
    Be happy...;)

One or two recently - from Parking Eye I seem to remember.

    Try here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4443601

Search through the last week for at least one more where the rather poor paperwork from Northampton Court actually was genuine.

    Search on "Northampton Court"

Did you actually appeal or challenge the fake PCN?

Did they then reject your 'appeal' and did their letter then give you a POPLA verification code and paperwork (if in England/Wales)?

I suggest you start your own new thread and give us this detail in your first post. You'll find a blue 'New Thread' button at the top of the forum (you are on someone else's thread at the moment). You need to just look at the forum index - one click away.
