As per most of the threads on here, We were also delayed (Virgin) due to a technical problem (flaps) and have had our EU claim rejected due to "extraordinary circumstances"
My question is has anyone made a successful claim through the courts or other measures after initially having there EU claim rejected?

Jeff Halsall v Thomas Cook. Due to Court lead-in time have not heard of any more ..... but they are coming :-)0
