Dialaphone site playing up

I ordered 2 new phones today using the Dialaphone/you at work site.

Last year I managed £45 per order (I ordered them separately) and also got my £20 per phone by recommending myself. Hence I generated an extra £65 per phone.

Today however, the same site wouldn't let me do this. It kept "timing me out" when I tried.

When I placed the first order I missed the option to put in a referral and ended up not doing it. So I contacted them and they have agreed to alter the order for me to do it.

However on placing the second order the website did not allow me to do it. Hence I ordered the phone wihout the referral phone number and left a message to the effect that I had to do the same again and that I would be grateful if they could sort this order out as well.

I think they'll do it. They've always been pretty straight with me to date.

I have been trying for a past few days to order a pakckage from their site. but during the order the session times out. seems like the site is dead at the moment and also they have lots of expired deals still displayed. Has anyone experienced this.
