I have no idea why it was changed. It was only that I logged in to put the readings in that I noticed it. It was not a message - it had just changed on the account details page. When I rang them she said the DD was even more than what I was seeing online but did put it back down to the original amount.
She said we had used less electricity - again I dont understand how she would know this as I cant see what that is based on.

Seems pointless asking me to fill the card in for them though - I thought the idea was that THEY had to read it themselves every so often0
