Sky plus +

Hi
Ive read a lot about other people on other forums being able to get sky + for £50 or even free if u threaten to cancel.
Well unfortunately due to me going with there broadband it has tied me into sky until January and there's no getting out of it so that trick wont work for me.
But I have also read about on other forums about sky resellers in shopping centers doing it for £50 all in.
I'm not fussed if its a refurbished box I'm just not happy paying £160 if others cant get it for £50 or free
Does anyone have any information on this and if possible a phone number?
Thanks in advance

Have you rang up to ask them will they do it cheaper...? Usually if you are cheeky and say that you want to upgrade but only at the £50 or whatever other people are being offered, they might surprise you and say yes...no harm in trying
Plus, don't go for a refurb box, you'll have no end of trouble with it - if poss, get the PACE Sky + box
Good luckOfficial DFW Nerd no: 563 - Proud to be dealing with my debts:j0 -

I am actually a member, but when I phoned Sky, I just said I'm a member of the NT and want to take up the Sky offer and the guy said fine. No questions or membership no. or anything.0 -
Thanks but I notice you still have to pay £60 to get it installed.0
-
True, but I got the multiroom at the same time so installation was free for me.0

Just got a letter from Sky "Give your mate Sky+ for free"
Seeing as though my mates don't want/already have Sky+, i thought I'd post on here for all you lovely people....
Just call 08703 360 159 quoting "Sky+ IAF" and get a free Sky+ box and FREE installation (worth £159)
Marvellous!!
