I tend to agree with you. at least you seem to have inherited a pretty competitive tariff, the previous tenant did their homework there (and did you a favour! )

PS If you stick with OVO make sure you are on their cheapest tariff in the meantime. I'm only assuming you are on their variable rate deal (New Energy Plan is the fixed one)?
