Why is there no option in EDF energy for the tariff "Price Reassurance Scheme" is there any way I can communicate this apart from posting in this forum so it could be added

Not every tariff is widely offered. if you can't find your own tariff then just choose the standard tariff and then compare the unit rates.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

I disagree as the ops current tariff may be a lot better, compare the unit rates, and also any other discountDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Because, in common with all other comparison sites, it only caters for generally available tariffsPrice Reassurance Scheme is open to customers who have been identified by the Government as being eligible to receive the Warm Home Discount payment.0 -
Went through all the procedure filling in every detail even using my last years electric bill. I came towards the end put in my landline number and because I do not have a mobile phone said my application could not be completed.
What a waste of time for those who do not have a mobile phone. Any suggestionz:(0 -

Did you tick the box marked: "Do you want us to text you as well as email when there's a cheaper tariff?"
If not, I dont see why they need a mobile phone number. If it is mandatory, that seems yet more personal information being collected that is not really necessary.
You could always use one of the other comparison sites to manually check you are on the best deal

Contact the club to find out where you stand. Oh, yeah they are un-contactable. They don't have a phone but only an email address. Send them a message and you will get an automated reply directing you to look for an answer in FAQs. If your question isn't there you wont get an answer.
If the cashback paid is lower than in the sign up offer you have been stuffed.
Good intentioned facility with high expectations but poor delivery and opaque administration. COMPUTER SAYS NO!main stream media is a propaganda machine for the establishment.0 -

Calm down dear...
The Cheap Energy Club is a tool provided by MoneySavingExpert.com
Top right of this board is a picture of who runs the forum and how to contact them - lots of contact options available in that link.
However, MoneySupermarket.com Limited provides the energy comparison service, handles all provider switches, and processes all cashback due in connection with switches (where applicable). Contact details are on their website.0 -

Thank you for the advice. Unfortunately Moneysavingsupermarket say that cheapenergyclub is run by moneysavingexpert and although mss. own mse. they are run as two individual companies and mss. are not allowed to discuss any issues regarding cec. So you are left with the FAQs on cec. and if your question is not in there you are not going to get an answer.
As I said, good idea, very poorly administered.main stream media is a propaganda machine for the establishment.0 -
