    It is probably the stabilisers (or shock absorbers as jack-pott called them) either the rubber mount wears or breaks or the plastic fittings break.
    It will be cheaper to buy a new machine than get it fixed .

    Ours did this - we thought it was going to take off! It turned out to be that the weight on the front of it had not been tightened properly and had gradually worked loose. After it had been tightened, no more problems, so it could be as simple as that.
