The Stable channel has been updated to 25.0.1364.172 for Mac, Windows, Linux and Chrome Frame. This release contains stability improvements, and a new version of Adobe Flash.

Actually - I think it might be because I have deleted the Google Update task from Windows Task Scheduler. That's probably why mine doesn't auto-update.

Flash auto-updates for me. (Well it prompts me to update). Check Task Scheduler and see if there is an Adobe item in the list. Something like:

Adobe Flash Player Updater Triggers at XX:XX (time) every day
