I phoned Tesco up a few days ago when I realised my points balance had zero'd to check if green points for sending in 2 working mobiles and 2 ink cartridges had been added. I sent them in December and had phoned in March -they said there was a backlog and I would get them in Mays statement. Now they say that neither of the 4 packets have shown up on the system and because I didn't get proof of postage nothing can be done. How likely is it that 4 separate Tesco envelopes go awol? I'm sooo annoyed as it would have been 1200 points!! Has anyone elses gone awol?

Im still waiting on my main statment to come as its got loads of points, other one came yesterday already used the extra points im up to 2317 points on my main cc. Also today in carpark found a till spit for 500 points on kids clothes and free finest burgers not got kids so will buy and take back lol

Gonna look out for postie pat in morning.

my account was zeroed before my oh, he had his statement over a week ago but mine has still not arrived, 180 there or over 700 in deals that had better not gone awol thats paying for my wedding rings!!

nothing exciting but all useful.

i have sent about 16 ink cartridges back in march and april and no green points have been added. i will call t but the problem is i did not take a record of the exact dates when i post them, how dump was that. what should i do?

It is a very good site, I don't post alot on there but when I do someone always willing to answer an questions and they are a real friendly bunch.

It was a good job you did notice at the time, it would have probably left them really confused if you had left it a day or so. I would definately kepp an eye on your points and keep chasing until you do get them back.

Makes you wonder really how/why it happended.

I will definately being keeping an eye on mine from now on.

I haven't had my vouchers yet....emailed Tesco yesterday to ask why my points never show up online (even when I have them!) and they apologised and told me that my vouchers and been processed and should be with me in a few weeks!

Our two mailings have arrived. :j Some very useful coupons inside, including two extra points for buying our favourite wine - these will definitely be used. We only got one total spend (£7 off wys £50 in-store), which is great because we don't tend to spend much while in-store.

Hope everyone else will get their mailings shortly.
