    My points are all still on my receipt normally when they are due they deduct them from the total but not yet!

    It's definately May but when in May I don't know. Just checked mine online and they're still sitting there but shouldn't be long.

    According to PTS, the points should be zeroed this weekend and people should start recieving from the following wednesday onwards. HTH

    I just checked my points balance online. It has still to be reset. I will keep checking.

    It may still have to be processed, I will keep you posted.

    This may be just because of the large volume of clubcard members or something...
