Ive sent off 5 mobile phones (10 days ago) that all switch on so worth 500 points each but they are still yet to show on my account.I just wondered had anyone else done this and if so how long did they take to show on the account ?

I think it can take up to 6 weeks for your points to be added... It was for me when I put some old mobiles in.

Make sure you get the full 500 points for each of them. They tried to diddle me out of points by only giving 100 for some of them. I got that sorted out though...

Do the mobile phone points show on your clubcard statement as i sent 4 phones off weeks ago and nothing been added as yet.

My points have zeroed since this morning (check em every day!) Phones can take weeks and weeks but if they are on look under green clubcard points on your statement.....Mailings will be here soon !!!!

Just re-checked info. I believe that the policy on receiving points from mobiles states that you should receive them on your statement within a month. (so it says on an e-mail from tesco).

As I said, mine took nearly 6 weeks..

Don't know if they do them in alphabetical order?? My friend (surname "C") had them on 5th May - I have a "W" surname and balance not been zero'd yet?!

I think they're random I certainly cant see any pattern but my surname initial is "L"

It's worth checking throughout the day as mine were still sitting there at 10am but a short while later they'd been reset
