same here why?
Hi, I hardly ever visit a Tesco store but I often shop with them on line. I place a Tesco grocery order about twice a month and a Tesco wine order 4 times a year. I never put in an order unless I can find a code for extra points to use with it, I usually manage to get 500, 750, 1000, or even 1500 points per delivery, this gives me approx 20,000 points per year. I know it can be time consuming searching for codes, but I think it's more than worth the effort. Add to this the points I get from using Tesco credit card on all purchases (always paying off balance, NEVER paying interest) and the few I collect for having tesco home phone, this will hopefully give me 25000 point which when converted into deals worth £1000. Free holiday for me and hubby me thinks x Oh my local Tesco is opening a petrol station shortly, more points for me as we run 2 family cars and cover a lot of miles. Happy collecting X :rotfl:0 -
got first of 3 today - north east. it was the lowest of the accounts (typical) but got 250 extra points and £20 off a £150 spend!!! i dont think i have ever spent that much in any shop, let alone tesco!!!! it is an online coupon, so might stock up on the bogof baby wipes - i wonder how many i can get for £150!!!!!!!!:rotfl:0

Hi all, I went into tesco today and used all my extra cc points vouchers, bought all the things i needed to qualify for the extra points and went to the checkout, i spent 28 quid after moc's and gave them all the vouchers for extra points, got outside the shop and checked my reciept and the points were on my reciept but the wrong clubcard!!!! the man on the till had used the lady infront of me's card and not used mine even though i gave it to him!!! i went back into the shop and said there has been a mess up and they rang tesco customer services and the points will be back on MY card tomorrow morning(so they say) and how it was just under a thousand points and if i had not of checked i would have been down all that points come august, and the woman in front would have thought that she was tesco customer of the month!! im disgusted with the cashier, and dont:mad: understand that if the lady infront had already gone out the shop how did he use her card? her card wasnt left there!
can i ask for compensation points? as all the messing around i did was so stressful, i panicked, thinking i had lost all those points!!
please help with any advice.
thanksIf I help you please say Ta!
