Was just looking at vista's print offer of FB pages.
Will talk to my daughter later on tomorrow possibly and decide on design for that.
She is working today 6pm - 3am (in two places !!!) and has guests to make breakfast to in the B&B in the morning so may talk to her tomorrow night
Thanks a lot.0 -
Posted free advert on Dog Friendly Britain and also some other dog related websites....
Had no idea there was so many places that take free basic ads:)
Thanks a lot for that idea...

A newly set up B&B advertised a fee weekend on FB and they were inundated with entries, they got loads of bookings on the back of that freebie.0

Why pay Vistaprint to do a facebook page for you ?
Facebook pages are Free0 -
She has her own website but no FB page for the B&B - I am an idiot with FB, not sure how to set this up. As a business I mean.
Exactly, comps on FB are very popular I know.. used to enter like 100 per day when I was off work LOL0 -
The listing on DogPeople is now live
I have also posted the picture of the business card on my friend's FB pages and the done the "share".
Still looking where else to advertise, preferably for free....
Waiting for the business cards to arrive too...0 -
Loads of great stuff posted so far! One thing I haven't seen mentioned so far is increasing average spend per customer.
Loads of places offer add ons like champagne and chocolates on arrival if it is to celebrate an anniversary or birthday. Perhaps you could also do deals with restaurants and taxi firms? Do you offer breakfast upgrades for more money? In my business I've found increasing average customer spend has been more beneficial than increasing the number of customers.0
