Is NPower right?

Do you get a topup with spreading warmth on top? Has the energy club got your tariff?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

I've tried to change my NPower account from Spreading Warmth to Energy Onl Aug 14 tariff, following the savings indicated by the Cheap Energy Club site. NPower tell me I'm better off not changing and have refused to change.
Which is right?
Why are nPower refusing your request?
