Has anyone else been stung with these charges?
My son's Virgin Mobile phone bill contains a few random charges for Premium and Personal Texts. On numbers which have been used many times (unlimited text contract), the same number randomly appears but where it was 079 12345678, this changes to 071 12345678 (9 changes to 1) and is charged as a Premium text £0.15.
Similarly, Personal Number Texts to 078 12345678 suddenly get listed as 070 12345678 (8 changes to 0) and these are also charged at $0.15.
It's not a huge amount of money, maybe £5 or £6 per month but they refuse to explain how this happens.
The 070 & 071 number were never actually dialed and are non-existing numbers.
Anyone else seen it or understand it?
Thanks in advance

It's their job either to explain or to refund the charges. Just don't let them to fob you off.stewarthalfway wrote: »It's not a huge amount of money, maybe £5 or £6 per month but they refuse to explain how this happens.
