Vodafone Access

Sorry! Just realised that I've just put this in the wrong place!! Anyway can anyone advise me on vodafone access? I live in the west of Cornwall and have been getting either "no access" or "network problems" shown on screen. Have tried ringing them from home phone but got little advice.As I am missing important calls this is really frustrating. can any one advise please? Thanks in advance.

Without knowing the model of phone, it's difficult to be 100% sure - but my suspicion is dodgy coverage resulting in the phone wanting to report "No service". Certainly that's how I'd interpret "No access" on the face of it, but "network problems" isn't one I've come across.
