I can't be bothered to respond to this press releases anymore............0

Hey we've banged 6p a litre on fuel in the last 5 weeks, lucky you we are now bring it back down by half that amount.
We can see through the emperors clothes...0 -
I'm seeing 10p difference between diesel and petrol now.
I'm getting 45mpg actual usage, from my 6 year old diesel COLT,
but the new PETROL COLT is claiming 65mpg combined. Anyone can confirm this from actual driving?
It does seem the economics is swinging back to petrol now.
I wonder, if everybody start buying petrol cars, would petrol get more expensive?0 -
The worst thing is that MSE are prepared to pass this pish off as news.
Are they as gullible as they make themselves look?0 -
zzzzzzzzzThe worst thing is that MSE are prepared to pass this pish off as news.
Are they as gullible as they make themselves look?
I am starting to think so.
Clearly the staff here never bother to come back and read these threads after posting their parrotted press releases.
Otherwise they might have noticed my comments not long ago that Asda seemed to have abandonned its policy and was 2.8 or 1.8 pence a litre more than the cheapest place within a few miles of here.
So managing to get down to 0.2p cheaper now really isn't a big deal0 -
just toped up at asda @ 6.48pm 136.7p per lt had to grandkids taxiTO ENTER CODE - press station preset button 1 repeatedly for 1st diget of your keycode - repeat the same on - 2 for 2nd - 3 for 3rd - 4 for 4th - & if the display then shows the correct keycode number press preset button 5 to enter - photo shows radio extractor keys & serial number on the radio casing - go to u-tube & see remove ford radio0

So this is why the price so rose so much over the last couple of weeks, so when they bring it down, we don't actually gain.
Was there any actual REASON for the last few increases anyway>
Shame we don't have a government who actually cares about the rights of the electorate.
Bah.:mad:0 -
Phew for once timed it right. Was going to fill up today and thought would wait a day or so, so as to get more discount with the 5p off litre voucher I got from tesco.0

Well huzzah, asda have dropped the price 1p on both diesel and petrol.
Think of the savings..
In reality the price is up 4p a litre on diesel (after this price war !!!???!!) from just three weeks ago.0 -
Big deal, petrol is pennies cheaper than it was a few days/weeks ago...
Its still MUCH too expensive!!!!!!!!0
