I've been with T Mobile for a number of years now and untill this year its been great. However in July my contract was up for renewal, I renewed for 18 months on the same tariff and chose a Blackberry Curve as my upgrade this was because I run my own business and I wanted to be able to check email, twitter and facebook on the go, I was already paying an interenet booster on my plan. When I first got the phone I couldnt activate the email when I called TM they said I had to pay a BB booster, I said I wasn't happy with this and I could check my emails on my previous phone without it so this wasnt an upgrade! The manager said they would waiver the charge and I was happy.
However I've been online today and this stopped this year (my fault for not checking every month I know!) it wasnt agreed as a 6 month plan only so I am really angry! I have had nothing but problems with the blackberry (I hate it!) and TM were supposed to send me a battery which never materialised and today I cant read half of my texts when I open them!
I've seen better deals with other companies where you get free iphone so I am really sulking as obviously I am tied to my contract for another year!
I'm not the sort to kick off but I'm not happy. Has anyone had any dealings with them that can advise me whether its worth speaking to them.

You can speak to them by all means, the things you use your handset for are features of many other handsets (as you are aware by desiring the iphone) not sure how a business tariff differs from a regular consumer tariff.0
