What do I do?

Hi Folks
I'm after some advice, I have just received a parking charge notice from Parking eye car park management.
The letter states we stayed in the car park for 31 minutes and either did not purchase the appropriate parking time or stayed longer than permitted time.
The charge is £100 or £60 if we pay in by the 23/03/2013.

The reality is they have sent photo with our arrival and departure time and we didn't purchase a ticket.
We were on holiday and had stopped to look at our map and use the public toilets located in the car park, we got out the car and sat on a bench next to the car but we never left the car.
Its like we have been recorded for the time we have been there, or how else would they know we didn't but a ticket.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated .
Many thanks

There are five Parking Eye threads active today and beside this one on the top of the boards - All of them detail exactly what you need to do - IGNORE, for the quickest surest way of getting the jokers off your back or do POPLA, then IGNORE if you want to annoy and cost them some money.
