Hi all,
I have owned an fsmail.net email address for many years now. I got it when I had Freeserve as my first internet provider but then it changed to Wanadoo before finally being taken over by Orange. Now recently I tried to change my password to make it more secure and now can't log in.
I can log in using Dolphin Browser on my mobile phone but unable to reset the password from within there. Its says my password is not recognized. I dare not log out as I know that this is the last link to accessing my emails that I check every day.
I don't mind ditching this email address but I have an Origin account linked to it and changing email address within Origin is yet another minefield!
I have rang Orange but didn't get any help from them as I am not an Orange mobile phone or broadband customer.

I really don't know where to go next because I just get this message when I try to log in...

"Your IP address is not allowed to access to fsmail.net registration website"

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I clicked on your link and it showed line after line of red links that I had previously viewed trying to solve this issue.
Its unbelievable that I can't find an answer to this problem.
