ORANGE!!!!! seeing red
hey, im having big problems with orange and requested to disconnect from them on march 21st 07 as im now with o2, the lady asked me if i wanted a pac code i said dont think so as i want a new number she 'apparently' sent one out which i didnt receive, i have now had a bill through for this month, i have just spoken to orange and the orange man said that as the pac code wasnt used the we 'assumed' you wanted to keep the account open he then said that t-mobile tried to use it but they were too late, i have never been with t-mobile nor did i receive the pac code or try to use the pac code, he then basically called me a liar. he then stated that i would have to pay the bill as the disconnection order wasnt processed, as i didnt ask to be disconnected (which i did). They also told me that they dont have a complaints deparment!!! Please can anyone give the right guidelines to go down, im tearing my hair out!!!!!!!!

I would write to them recorded delivery giving them 28 days to sort out your problem otherwise you are going to the ombudsman. Then, if you are not satisfied with their response, contact the ombudsman. You have to have exhausted the complaints procedure first, but if they don't have one, that is easy to prove.0

Hi Nasha
I know how you feel about being called a liar!
Please see my recent post on here about Orange!
Someone kindly gave me the address of their Vice President to write to, as I was told too that they didn't have a complaints section!

I had a problem with Orange. Dispite trying so many possible ways to sort out it was not successful. Than I wrote a letter personally addressed to Executive Vice President. The matter was sorted out within 48 hours !!!
Here is the address I used:
Mr Bernard Ghillebaert
Executive Vice President
Orange UK
50 George Street
London
W1U 7DZ
Good luck !!0 -
