Hiya, I had sent cca request and got back my postal order and copy of signed agreement and some terms, I'm not sure what they should be sending back to be honest but was only a few pages. I will check what has to be included, also got a statement with no redress and cca part states some info is still missing, so still unenforcable!!

I'd SAR them rather than CCA tbh.

Yes that was my next move but fos said as they take over the investigation they can get all that and no need to pay, but it's only a tenner so I might just go ahead and send anyway will be good to have all the documents to look over.

CCA them and SAR them. You will get all your docs. Also adds an extra legal perspective. The FOS wont question wrongful documentation.

I will have an update soon on taking this forward hopefully with all of lennonc's hardwork! :)

Yes I know all quiet here, we have a plan haha! Working on a lot this week, I am trying to get a press release together and other bits and bobs! As soon I as I have a comprehensive list of what I have to do I will be back to update. What we do need however is some 'stories' from customers of their problems so we can add statements from customers on website. Get all the horror stories on show for them to see!!!!

I can't believe it!!!! The sneaky b******s!!! I have received my letter stating the amount and that it being processed to redress my loan!!
I specifically told them not to redress loan as it is in dispute. And with the fos. I will be harder now to get that amount back off my loan.
Not a happy bunny, god help who ever I get on the phone to them.

    That really is bad.

You have told them you do not want them to do it, but they do it anyway.

They really have little or no respect for the wishes of their customers.

Time to get hard on them.

I have informed NRAM that I do not want redress adding to my account until this is sorted. I have informed them by both email and telephone of this. I have also stated the same in my complaint to the FOS. So if they start trying to pull those tricks I will inform the FOS they have acted against my wishes and add that to my complaint.

I agree it will be a hard job trying to get the redress reversed once added to the loan account, but I think it is a fight worth fighting as I think NRAM are just doing what they like without thought for the wishes or opinions of their customers.
