.Just been onto 02 as now Sky have bought the BB side. I wanted my MAC to migrate (good deals on quidco).
Got straight through and asked for MAC. Was asked why and was offered 1 year free without a pause of breath..

This is fine so long as your happy to move to Sky.
All depends on what your happy to accept in customer service, speed provision and migration ....as some will tell interesting and worrying stories from past bb migrations.
