Options
Hi, is it acceptable and legal for orange to keep putting on 'inflation charges' to your monthly bill. when i signed up to orange i signed an 18month contract to say i would be paying £35 p/m, if this is a 'contract' how can they up it?

Where on your contract does it say that?
You may find it states a minimum term agreement, but little if anything about your actual monthly rate, other than the price can vary at their discretion. If it goes up in 12 months it is unlikely to be more than RPI.
