I was a member from December 2010 to about January 2011 I think or somewhere around there. I was thinking bout joining again but the two guides who were horrible to me are still members
I have enough confrontation at work with my colleagues so really don't need it at home when I am trying to relax, so I can't be bothered to join again.

Another question, for those of you that have been on Dooyoo for a little while how many reviews do you post per day/each week?Earning Swagbucks since May 2012
Dooyoo'er since March 20130 -
I found a lot of the regulars get very unhappy at loads of reviews posted together so I try to post just one a day (although of course nothing to stop you writing when your have time saving in word and then posting a review another day)I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
Thanks, yes thats what I'm going to do but I have kind of got itchy fingers now.Earning Swagbucks since May 2012

Duchy, I'll wait to return rate on your older reviews once you've updated them as otherwise you won't earn on them, if that's ok?0

I post a few a week (2-3) which is a middling pace - some people post 1 or more a day, other people seem to post them once a month or even less. But when I feel the urge I write in a word document for later on - in fact, I have 8 written reviews to post!0 -

You're absolutely right, but saying that though - there is no rule against it. I think I came off flippant earlier when I said "if you don't care what other members think of you..." but it is just down to that. The worst that can happen is that your reviews can get locked if they aren't helpful/useful enough (and their money too) but to ensure that doesn't happen just add in lots of info and opinion.0 -
hi guys - had a feeling there was a new MSE gang on the site - and saw this - I'm a guide on the site and it's always good to see new members.
Just to say, to my knowledge no guides (all of whom who are unpaid) would possibly set out to "bully" people off the site, it can be a thankless task but often if we comment it's because having been around a while as it were we know what people need to avoid to not have reviews "locked" which can mean delay in or non-payment or sometimes people being removed from the site. Dooyoo do quality control. They do also reward good reviews and guides have a role too in pointing those out to dooyoo.
One other thing, it's great to encourage each other and swap tips but I would avoid getting into a group and promising to all rate each other, I don't think dooyoo like that much. Miwa is right in that dooyoo want reviews with lots of opinion - guides are also there to help you out if you are not sure about how to write a review - there are some great reviews on the site (though a few less of late as the incentives have decreased) so the more you read the more you will get an idea of how it works.... Reviews that don't do so well and which get removed tend to be those that are rushed and badly spelled, also most long term members probably have come across reviews that are works of fantasy - you'd be amazed what people will make up for 60p, not saying any of you are intending that but it happens
Anyhooo just wanted to give the other side of the point of view about guides, no one is there to be nasty - that would be a pretty pointless use of time for all of us who are busy people too. The site has been a LOT nicer since rates became anon so revenge rates (or honest rates as they sometimes are because sometimes an SU is deserved) so hopefully you can have fun and earn a little money - no one is going to earn a fortune but it can be a nice hobby - enjoy!
Anyway see you on the site no doubt and hope this is useful info - do pm any guide if you need help0
