Hey JessStar, I searched for your username and it says there isn't anyone on the site with that name. Best to email dooyoo support and see what's happened with your account.

Why would they have deleted me? I haven't broken any rules or anything (that I'm aware of in any case).... I'd only dne 3 reviews so I can't be accused of 'churning' and I've read and rated probably no more than 50. I'm hardly taking the mick...

Sounds odd, I would contact them. I hope nothing happens to my account :eek:

That is weird. Did you maybe spell your name differently on your log in?

I am getting increasingly frustrated by poor spelling and grammar. It is so hard for me to rate reviews as 'very useful' when I'm spending half the time cringing at the misuse of words such as your and you're, its and it's and so on. I just keep telling myself to rate the review not the English, but really, it is driving me potty!

No, the user name is spelt correctly - they don't even have record of my e-mail address. I've tried going in direct from the confirmation link when I first signed up - it's as if I don't exist.

This is a shame - I was starting to make friends there.

A quick question, I currently have 3580 Dooyoo miles and up until now they have all said Pending now there is 1300 Redeemable and 2280 Pending... is this because its a gradual process and the others will become redeemable or have I done something wrong?

they become redeemable in small batches, I think the system likes to make sure the review isn't going to be locked, etc.

if you have done anything wrong they'll tell you... but miles can take a while to become redeemable - especially over the weekend.
