Easyjet flight change fees

According to http://www.easyjet.com/fees-and-charges it is £35/flight for flight changes. I assume that this means you can change the destination for £70 return. But does anyone know if you can change the dates too? Is there a limit? How far away does the flight have to be?
Can't dial 08 numbers from here so can't call them to find out but maybe someone knows?

Yes, it's £70 to change a return flight. From memory, I believe paying the fee allows you to change both the destination and dates. I'm not aware of any limits though obviously your new travel date will have to be one for which flights have been released. Just try to do a dummy change to find out what your options are. As long as you don't authorize a new payment, any changes you request won't be confirmed.0

Great - so you should be able to do it all online?
My flight is about two weeks away so you don't think I've left it too late? And will there be any problem changing one flight in a booking of two people?
Thanks.0 -
Yes, you can do it all online. Again, I'm going by memory but I believe it's possible to change flights for just one person for a booking of two people. You can change your flight up until 2 hours before departure so you haven't left it too late. Just note that when you change to a new flight, you will have to pay the difference in fare if the new flight is more expensive than what you originally paid (in addition to the change fee).
Really, the best thing is just to try it out yourself. Don't worry, as long as you don't approve of any new charges, any changes you make won't be confirmed so you can fiddle around a bit to see your options, prices, etc.0 -
Thanks, that's great
I'll try to get hold of the log-in details and mess around with it tonight. 0 -
When I go through and try to make a flight transfer it forces me to "confirm" the changes before I enter any card details. Can I do this safely to test or is it going to ruin my booking?
Also, I can't see a way to tell who on the booking has the luggage allowance.0 -
You can do this safely, they will not change anything if you don't pay.Happy

Great. Thanks. Still find it hard to believe you can make changes up till 2 hours before the flight but will look into it...0
