posting pictures

Have looked every where on site and cant find what I am looking for.

I am ashamed to say I have been a member of this site for seven years and never worked out how to put a picture on a post in a thread.

I am using a samsung galaxy tablet.

Can anyone give me an idiots step by step guide on how to do it or point me in right direction?

That's for screen pimages but you already have the image I guess so can miss out the first couple f steps.

Just upload to IMGUR and then grab the "forum" tags result and paste into the message

This is driving me berserk.

I dont consider myself stupid but its just not happening.

I have signed up to photobucket and image shack as suggested but cant work out how to upload from tablet.

My pic I want to use is in gallery. Do I need to put it into a file to upload.?

If so......how the hell do I do it.?
