Can a solicitor withold a Decree Absolute due to an o/s account ? My bill was twice the original estimate and I am paying in installments but can not get the Absolute certificate released until settled.

They can withold it but I'm sur you can get a copy from the court for a small fee.Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.0
