They are such big firms that not ONE has a real address, they all use private post box addresses on business parks.
They are general Bums from the motor trade that moved out of selling bangers in to fake parking ticket scams.
Many are run by traveller families and even Directors use fake names.
The CxxxR traveller family are linked to several companies in the North and turf wars are common.
Companies that use these people have little idea that they are involved with organised criminal gangs and often fall for the same smoke and mirrors that the public do.
It is organised theft, borderline legal and the fastest get rich quick industry know, they make the Mathia (banned word) look tame.
They buy off officials, buy off DVLA, you name it, they can reach it.
    Be happy...;)

The only mistake you've made is to post on a random thread that happens to be about the same PPC, when in fact there's a whole forum of current information for you!

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163

You need to read a few current threads really, and the top threads - stickies - that are relevant (such as 'PPC letter chains' but look at the OLD link to the pre-October letters as that's where the pictures are!). Also read about POPLA, the appeals procedure, there are two info threads at the top about POPLA, one to tell you about it on a website of info and one to show you the sort of challenge that wins at POPLA.

You don't need a defence, but do not admit fault. Your choices are ignore or appeal. Read other threads on the first page of the forum and decide what's right for your case. But don't pay them!!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi. I have read so much on here about these pcn's.
    I'm confused.
    The story.
My child started a new job and parked the car on a car park nearby, after work there was a PCN. Colleagues at work told my child it's a scam throw away, so it was, and carry on parking there, my child did, gaining tickets every day. We have had lots of ' notice to keeper' letters from TESGB. lots of letters from 'ROXBURGHE' debt solutions and from 'UCS' and finally from 'GLADSTONES' solicitors. Now we have received a county court claim form from the county court business centre. The total bill is now £3617.66. Now we don't know what to do next. We have never replied to any of the letters. The court claim is genuine as I was worried and emailed them. Advice would be grateful.
