Why have people thanked this post?

My politics are very close to your's Devon and we often agree but I cannot abide infantile tribalism, thanking without thought.
Your reply to the OP is entirely off topic side stepping his main question so anyone thanking you ought to be a bit embarrased.

    LOL.
Now answer the question, who should we be lending to that will achieve the objective of wider home ownership whilst at the same time not presenting more risk on your cash savings?

    He can't.

    Hence the muddle.

Why not ask MrPicklepants why he thanks nearly all of Hamish`s posts?

Because Hamish spouts the same rubbish over and over again and Graham is a much nicer guy.

Because Hamish is a much nicer guy than Graham. :D

    No way.
At least Graham will admit when he is wrong. Hamish would never ever do this.

Lets count how many thanks your give Hamish from today. :D
  • Okay, I will tell you why I thank some of Hamish's posts, as it's such an issue for you. :)

I think it's worthwhile to leave a thanks to a poster like Hamish who takes the effort to construct a decent post, puts some thought in it, provides links and facts and stays on topic. It's posters like him who are the lifeblood of this forum.

I could have thanked graham's post when he was trying to score forum points with his coffee spitting in post 4, but I didn't.

I could have thanked naerlynew's post #13 calling hamish a 'silly boy' but I didn't.

I could have thanked your post #21 with your wonderful contribution telling he's spouting rubbish, but I didn't.

    See a trend already?

But do not worry, when you finally manage to construct a meaningful post, I'll give you a thanks also.

    .

i agree Hamish does construct good posts, and very knowledgeable

but he has still not answered Graham from post 4..

I thought Hamish was a BTL king from his posts and house prices rising posts, i would be shocked if he does not even have one , would you not?

Probably the same reason he thanks all of MrRee's posts.
