I have had my letter, and sent them a NBA reminding them of More v KLM and Section 9 says it's 6 years. The clock's ticking...

Has anyone got a template to reply to the '2 year' letter from Thomson advising court action? I know that there is a standard NBA in FAQ's.

Despite receiving the two year letter, I have spoken to TUI and they now recognise that my claim was within 2 years so I'm exempt from that artificial barrier.

However, as the technical fault on my plane was established in the air it is being treated as an Extraordinary Circumstance and compensation is therefore not payable.

This will be next hurdle to leap over once TUI accept claims within the six year deadline.

I've just sent my Thomson letter and complaint in to the CAA... Hope they enjoy their meeting!:rotfl:
