Checked status (order was £9.99 with nothing to pay) and it says to contact them by email! Not expecting to see my order any time soon then. :undecided

Raine E Day, I think that the contact them by email is if you need to send them an email. In the 'Order Status' column you should have 'Check Status' in red if you click on this you can see what is happening with your order

Ordered in a similar fashion that ends up with a small amount to pay which would still be a bargain! Fingers Crossed if you would turn up or not

I placed some last week and they turned up this morning. I've also had dispatch notices for others, so they should honour them hopefully! :)

I had the same note on my order-I did the same and ordered with nothing to pay. If you click on the message, not sure exactly where I clicked, it also stated new shipping method and a charge of £2.50. So I presume they want us to pay for P& P. As no credit card details were on my account. Anyway have sent them an email will wait to see what happens next.I probable will pay it if I get a chance as still a good deal.

Thanks for Emailing them and alerting them about the glitch! The P&P charge that appears on the order screen is an internal amount used as a nominal cost for each book (£1.50 per paperback, £2.50 per hardback as far as I can tell). If you look under the amount it stills show £0.00 as the amount due.

Is there not a "life cycle of a glitch" post somewhere around here?
