Hey.
Looking possibly for a smartphone. Not 100% sure. Like the look of the T-Mobile MDA Vario II but a few things concern me.
1) T-Mobile - Whats the signal like across the UK? Also what are the prices like tarrif wise (how good are there deals) and how much is internet browsing?
2) Would it be profitable keeping a deal with 200 free mins (and stop the clock) with infinite texts but standard internet costs at vodafone and unlocking a pay as you go version of the PDA?
Thanks for any advice.

i just got a Vario II on tmobile.
Been very happy with it so far. Think i got a good deal - Flext 25 plus Web n Walk (up to 1Gb per month) for £27.50 per month and the handset for £40. I had to haggle to get the price of the handset down - easily done if there is carphone warehouse near a tmobile shop.
1) tmobiles web n walk tarrifs are easily the best in the market for internet use, provided you use it. signal has been fine where i use the phone, although no HSDPA signal here and 3G reception can be poor inside some buildings depending on where you are. i was told be the bloke in the tmobile shop they are currently upgrading there entire network, most of this should be complete this year.
2) depends on how much the said tariff is costing per month and how much you will use the internet. vodaphone is probably, almost definately, the most expensive network for data charges. The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits0
