Hey everyone, i'm just wondering if i should still keep ignoring letters relating to this parking fine last september.
It says we write regarding an outstanding amount relating to a parking charge issued on the 23/09/12 on behalf of UK Parking Patrol Notice.
The amount has gone upto £149, and it says they are willing to deduct it by £59, so please tell me, do i just keep ignoring this? I've so far not responded to any letters at all.
This has been passed around to a few debt collectors, this one is called Zenith Collections. Thanks for any advice and support.

Keep ignoring.
ps IT'S NOT A FINE!!!! It's simply an unenforceable invoice.0 -
Yes keep ignoring as its a pre October 2012 ticket. And did you forget to mention Debt Recovery Plus, or didn't they write to you, because Zenith are the same company, look at the bottom of the letter for confirmation. And by the way you are almost at the end of it now, maybe one more letter maximum and that's it.When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Advice = search the forum! Keyword 'Zenith', tick 'show posts'. I just did so but this search will not work for long, you'll need to do it yourself if it's a broken link:

As well as zillions of search results, DRP and Zenith letters were shown in pictures on the 'PPC letter chains' sticky thread all along - you could have just been playing a game of snap with these letters:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2329119
...just look under ANY PPC that uses DRP and Zenith, you can see where you are in the computerised letter chain.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
