    I'd be interested to know if you get a reply. I emailed them over a week ago and haven't heard anything.

    I've heard NOTHING and their phone line is dreadful. No matter what option number you pick every single automated reply is "sorry, you have to email us, we cannot take phone calls on this" (or words to that effect).

    I'm really annoyed by their LACK of customer service! I want the missing item I've paid for!! :mad:

    Please let me know if they get in contact with you or if you find out how to actually speak to a human being!

    I was in the same boat: received less than ordered. I emailed them last Sat and received a reply today. So slightly over the 48 (working) hours. Looking forward to receiving the missing sets they have now reordered ...

    I eventually got a reply, it took 12 days, but better late than never!

    I only emailed a quick query as to whether they had any pans left in one particular size and colour as I realised (after my first post here) that one of the pans in my set was really badly scratched, like it has been on display or used. I was expecting a "no", but thought it worth asking just in case and to my surprise I got a reply saying they were sending me a whole new set! I feel really bad about this now knowing other people are waiting for items they ordered but haven't received at all :o

    Hope everyone gets theirs sorted :)
