Same here, got my cutlery exactly as ordered and very quickly too. Have also previously ordered using a 50% off code and had no problems then either.

I do remember one of the bogof cutlery deals last year went a bit pear shaped with Viners sending any set rather than the one ordered.

I got what I asked for so Viners worked for me. The order came in two bits though, crockery first, then cutlery.
Very pleased with them. It did take 5 days though.

This is exactly what happened with my order, but in reverse. I sent them an email, as I was worried my crockery was not on it's way and they responded very quickly. So, no complaints here, I have some lovely pieces and a huge thank you to the OP :T

I ordred several sets for gifts etc, in a rush as Iwas at work, but I'm sure the Multi sets shown were bright colours. The ones i got were pastels - mauve, sage, pale blue and cream - quite nice but not what i had envisaged from the picture.

The apple green set i had ordered for sister wasn't to her taste so i've added it to theothers making 3 sets of 5. (And one over) They are going in the dishwasher regardless so if the handles fall off, tough. They do look better made than the Cath Kidston ones
