Really pleased with my 2 sets of purple cutlery, such a great colour and price too (thanks to OP!). Bit disappointed they used "Home" for delivery though, as they just dumped the parcel on my doorstep as usual and I returned to find it absolutely soaked through, so much so that the saucepan (bought a purple set of those too) box was actually mushy and fell apart as I opened it, so good job it wasn't a gift for anyone else. Pans themselves have a few chips in them unfortunately, but should serve their job for now - at least they're a gorgeous colour!

I received 2 sets of cutlery, arrived within 5 days, well packaged and of excellent quality. A set of cutlery of this quality for £5.....excellent value.

I ordered 2 x sets of Purple and I've paid for 2 x sets of Purple. However only ONE set has arrived. The packet says parcel 1 of 1! So I phoned customer services. Every single option you press then gives a message saying "you cannot speak to us about this, you have to email".

So I've emailed. After you email you receive an auto response saying they will get back to you within 48 hours. I hope its not longer than 48 hours.

Very frustrating that you can't speak to someone in person!

I'd be interested to know if you get a reply. I emailed them over a week ago and haven't heard anything.

Are the pans good quality? Also, what are the bases made of please. My Tefal ones are all scratched inside and a handle is wobbly :-(

The pans are very good, be sure to season with oil before first use.
The base is metal and ringed so conducts the heat good.

Thanks, sounds like my Tefal. Still umming and argghing over whether to order them though!:cool:
