Hi Mr Ted,
He did not receive any money from me, her was told to leave as I had lost faith in him. I had qualms over reporting him as at first I did not know he was not qualified and want to give him a fair chance to fix it. Now that I know the full facts I have taken this further so hopefully he will learn his lesson.0 -
Hi Guys,
Wrote a letter asking for the money for the boiler repair, gave him 14 days to reply but nothing, so would our next step be a small claims court?
Going to CAB for advise on this too but thought I wold ask on here too as you have all been very helpful with my various dilemas :-)0
